Today we visited the Solarpunk Hub in Tradate. What an inspiring project by Marco and his father Guido. A starlink connected solar powered permaculture garden. So much abundance!
Can’t wait to visit Lugano tomorrow as part of our solarpunk trip.
Has anyone any address to recommend? Or someone from the local community to introduce us to?

We passed by Lugano today, the European capital of #Bitcoin. A very beautiful and luxurious city.
Not all places accept Bitcoin. “Still small, not nothing, but growing” said the waiter at Gabbani, a famous local restaurant onboarded by PlanB. “Maybe 2% of our transactions, like once a week”, he said. Can’t recommend this place enough btw, absolutely delicious food!
Lugano is a place for finance and big money, we missed the vibe of citizen initiatives and coops of Lichtensteig.
I would have spent much more if I could have found some local initiatives or artists to support. Maybe I didn’t visit the right places?
