VT is junk. Nice to visit. Maine is hit or miss. Lots of research is needed for this one. Good luck. Meet local people for sure.
NH seems great. we’re planning on taking a trip out there this spring to get a better feel for the area.
i know it’s not technically NE but also like the looks of the Hudson Valley.
