it is indeed. You can also read Between Death and Life by the same author. However, a word of advice: if you are not ready to find out about esoteric then I would not read it. It will question the world around you and some people find it very difficult to come to terms with it. But if you are open-minded and curious then the books are for you! ☺️💯
