Good morning nostr, i'm sippin my coffee and enjoying the quiet before the sun comes up. Today we have a few errands in town, then just the usual chores around here. Our dog Lou, the one that stays outside all the time, is really slowing down. He's lost alot of hearing and sight, and he has starting breathing in an unnatural way. I fear that soon we'll need to make the decision to put him down. He's been a great guard dog over the years, keeping predators at bay, and even got into a fight with a full grown coyote once. He hates coyotes and never backs down. So Lou is weighing on me.
