Yeah, you can spin up new npubs as fast as you like. Looks like the spammer read NIP-17 and decided to implement for other purposes.
Well... I can block the opening phrase in amethyst. I think other clients can also do that, too. Now, nothing shows up. Peace shall reign in my feed again!
