Took my own advice and started a new batch of #mead today. Added an infusion of mallow, jasmine and hibiscus to give some flowery notes.

I play with hops on beer, never tried with mead. I might try on a future batch.

The best Mead I ever had (granted the list isn't long) was hopped by a meadery outside Calgary.

Do you know how they do it by any chance? I'll need to do some research about it
