Today's #zapddit release is full of community improvements.

1. You can now edit communities (that you created earlier)

2. You can now add/delete moderators for your own communities

3. You can now see (estimated) count of people in each community

4. Few bug fixes

5. Few UI beautifications (look at the edges of cards for example 😝)
