Long term keto users have greater risk of diabetes. Can you guess why?

I haven't heard this. Which study are you referring to? I've heard of Gall bladder issues and higher than recommended cholesterol and a detoxing affect that makes people break out or other weird things. I've only seen studies where type 2 diabetes is reversed with strict keto.
