Yes he made an open source website on the open internet for people to buy and sell things. It was others who decided to sell drugs on there. Shoot American government is the biggest cartel I know. Especially during the 70’s and 80’s now it’s big Pharma.

Same freedom should go to Pirate Bay creators. Punish the people who did bad stuff not create an open protocol.

Is it fair to compare that to if the US held the creator of Damus responsible for illegal activities on his client from other users i.e., very bad images and selling of illegal things etc. if so, I see the argument.
