We usually are paid at the end of the month. But not every month is the same. 28 x 12= 48 weeks. But there is 52 weeks in a full year.
So we are not paid for 4 weeks of work every year. A full month of pay. 😠
Women’s menstruation is also roughly on average 28 days.
Yes 13 full months in a year have a 28 day period too.
