I could live the flexitarian/pescatarian version. I was vegan for about seven years. I was super tired of eating the same meals; I was stuck in a routine, and now, I do the same with this keto diet.

💯 Gotta keep it fresh, whatever it is. I love making fresh veggie juice (and some with fruit) with my commercial-grade juicer. I had to sell my last one since it was an Aussie model, but I am buying another very soon. It can even do nut milks!
I am also getting more into dehydrating fruits and vegetables. They make great, healthy snacks when eaten in moderation.
Joe Cross (of "Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead" fame) has some wonderful recipes for multiple durations of juice-only reboots (fasts). They are super healthy and very delicious.
I do at least a 60-day juice-only reboot every year and one to two 30-day reboots after. I don't believe it will keep any lost weight off; that takes conditioning of new habits and reevaluating one's relationship with food, but they are great for mind, body, and spirit.
