He used to own the keys to Bitcoin Core. Not sure what he is doing now.

Helps that you reminded me in your latest episode which I'm listening to now.

BTW he did a horrible job at the start of the episode in explaining Kaspa. I had to Google that it's an L1. You shouldn't let your guests explain the top level basics. Stefan Livera does a good job of that, although I disagree with him on most things.

I’ve yet to see a bitcoiner get Kaspa right. It’s pretty wild to watch.

Yes but it was Yonatan Sompolinsky who couldn't explain it. He just said it was a "generalisation" of Bitcoin. 🤷‍♂️

He also wouldn't recommend a wallet.

It's an interesting discussion though. I'll listen to the end.

Sometimes when you’re that smart and specialized, it’s hard to talk to people like me about something you love in your 3rd or 4th language.

Regarding the wallet, he’s said before he wishes he could disappear, but can’t at this time. He wants to remain neutral as possible within the open-source protocol.

Also, I’ll add that a generalization by definition is the notion that a broad concept is derived from a specific example or case. The formation of Kaspa, according to YS, is that. The specific example is Bitcoin.
