I keep hearing that Op_return data can be safely pruned from your node. Is there an option to exclusively prune that and still keep a full copy of the ledger? Asking for those of us that run a full node and don't want to store CSAM

Check this video. Its very good analisys and touches on this point too. OP_RETURN can be pruned but its still on the full non pruned nodes which is bad.

Also the other places where data can be stored can be fixed too.
