People who walk around with speakers. What are they thinking?

(Next on my list of trying to understand grumpy dad type moans lol)

It's usually someone alone, who looks like they're into street art, ESL, backpacker vibes, blasting french hip hop or reggaeton.

Are they trying to make friends? are they sound tracking their lives. Do they think we care? Do they not care what we think? (I find it hard to believe they don't care about what people around them think, cos they're blasting music at them lol).
