These apps were created to connect people and whoever is developing them or programming them is not human so maybe if the apps do not help people and there has been people taking advantage of others through social media maybe those option no longer exist.

Your job is to always be open and able to acclimate to the individual that is using your app , I don’t think you should let people create if they do not admin their own page and I don’t think they should be able to participate if they do not know how to be human.
