If we were normal people, we would have done it already. Most people buy houses worth multiples of their net worth, we on the other hand are only willing to spend a low % of our net worth on a house. Different.

Doing it the right way imo. I like more the thought of renting a house like that for a year, then moving to a new place/country, until the right location is found, then move again after a while lol. Just wanna experience the world
