Between both then only Satoshi have the power. And yes if court's decide that Craig is Satoshi, a lot of difficult day's will come for Bitcoin.

No. No Judge, no Ruler, no State, no Corporation should be able to destroy Bitcoin. That is the entire point of it. Its not going to fail just because a man in a funny wig declares someone to be Satoshi.
By the way: the great, coordinated nation state attack is yet to come. The current powers haven't understood yet fully what they are up against. If they would, their reaction would be much harsher. When they do understand the gravity of the situation it will be too late. In fact it was to late, let's say... 2013.
