I watched/listened to about 20 hours worth of Dr Jack Kruse interviews over the past week.

Great content highly recommend.

He’s the medical/health version of Saylor with a little more attitude, more toxicity, and fewer fxcks to give.

TLDR: light is v important. Centralized medicine does not respect/understand light. #health #wellness #medicine

Did you watch the Vermont talks? There are three of them from NOFA conference in 2016, 2017 and 2018. The first two are easily available on YouTube. Those are classic Jack.

I watched one of his Vermont talks. I think the 2018 one. I NEED to watch the others. Will do it this week. Thanks for recommending
