Yes. It is written into the German rape laws that exploiting anyone's mental incapacity, or financial crisis, or desperate situation of any kind, is a felony. As is should be.

Laws should not be written to protect only one age group. Nor should laws demonize or automatically treat everyone under 18 as if they were mentally retarded.

@MatthewSpeak @brazen_unicorn @GibranStormcrow @freethinking100 @IckyVickyEww @Not_Meis @zachsilberberg and there should be one real age of consent. If a 16 year old can consent to sex with another 16 year old, why is it a heinous crime to do the same with someone older? Age gap relationships have never been shown to be harmful. It is dumb AF to lock people up for that.
