I watched the video and another of his on income tax. It's extremely questionable that income tax law would only apply to foreigners by the letter of the law.

If we assume thats true anyway, how would you go about applying it? Not report taxes? In that case would you then cite all these laws in an audit and then go to court and get pummled by the system?

I think that's why it's not catching on, I'm curious what you think.

and actually, if you can point me to something that he said that bolsters your "extremely questionable" allegation that would be the only productive path here...

he only uses the law. he backs up his argument with the law and facts.

so, unless you can point to something in particular IN THE LAW, or with something he alleges, then what are we going to be doing here other than going back and forth?

without facts or law or more information highlighting your doubts, I would say that your reticence is just the propaganda doing its job.

bottom line is that you should read the book, listen to all of his podcasts, research his background and reputation, compare and contrast with others ... and THEN let your Doubting Thomas out...

listen dude...

you either do the work or you ask questions like this, fishing for an answer that will justify the bum life of not knowing the law and thus harboring no rights nor responsibilities.

the question is irrelevant.

i shared the info... take it or leave it.

for what its worth, the author of the book you need to read has not filed or payed in 32 years.

and i am not sure if you know the stats, but out of 300 million people in the US, only about 80 million file and/or volunteer into those legal fictions they have constructed because they know people are lazy and wont study the law, let alone defend themselves.
