I would expect that my idea of combining Nostr IDs, LN Bits, and NFC wallets as access medallions into a Private Membership club ID badge/wallet interface is not an idea that's crossed your path yet...

Seems to me these Clubs, like yours, could also provide node, relay, and VPN services to it's Membership.
I'd love to discuss how to pull this all off with anyone else interested in these tactics. In this thread or my DMs.

I've been working out of PlebLab in Austin, using the 3d printer there to create NFC tag holders that can be programmed for spending, receiving, and/or ID badges. We have local private poker houses using PMAs to enable gambling behind their Membership contractual wall despite the State not allowing gambling.
These protocols and contracts can be adapted for our own use to enable EVERY Member to become a LN OTC desk. KYC docs need only be provided once to the House, in this case TCT. Building all that from "scratch" isn't necessary, we simply need to fork their contracts to better serve our use cases.
I am working on creating and coordinating a League of these sort of Private Membership Bitcoiners Clubs. Open-sourcing the hardware, software, contracts, and OpSec for all to use and/or fork for themselves.
