“Has promised to” is different than “Is going to”. I hope he follows through. But will hold off on the second bottle of champagne.

Agreed. But as each currency collapses around South America and Central America, they elect conservatives open to or pro bitcoin, and over time that will be a winning strategy that nails those objectives.
