Lots of different aspects to think about. Main thing is to not let perfect be the enemy of good.

A few things that improve privacy meaningfully:

-Run a node and connect your wallets to it

-Buy non KYC peer to peer, your payment method can have varying degrees of privacy but at least you're not leaving transaction records with a centralized honeypot

-Coinjoin after purchases (I tend to let sats stack up a bit before I join a round)

As example, using robosats. The functionality for where I am located, means the person I am buying/selling knows basically who I am and I know who they are.

Even setting up an umbrel exposes you to browsers, emails.

Buying a coldcard exposes your details, etc

I have a bunch of kyc/nonkyc over the years. Which I have yet to conjoin and make disappear.

One of the biggest risks, I believe is like what happened to you post truckers. The stasi just show up at your door and 5 dollar wrench attack your ass.

Makes me feel a bit disillusioned.

Whatโ€™s your opinion about paying with Strike while buying on Bisq?
