For Mother’s Day and Father’s Day in our house, it’s always been about sleeping in, and a 10am brunch of Eggs Benedict, rye toast, hash browns and Mimosas. Can’t wait! I haven’t had any carbs in 6 months lol. I hope my body can still handle something other than ground beef, eggs, steak, bacon, liver and butter. I’ll likely end up spending Father’s Day on the shitter.
