It will evolve just like it has on the centralized platforms. One thing we know for sure though: no one can unilaterally change the rules, and users can also gravitate towards different Nostr clients over time.

In what sense do you think it will mirror the centralized platforms taking into account the fundamental differences?
For one, as Nostr grows and Nostr clients UX get better, I see the range of content expanding beyond just Bitcoin and Nostr topics on here – and that would be very welcome!
