nostr:npub16qct6ge6zdr72yxrw2cc0rsqyp9j9qrjs9pkz3gkydc839jrtk5sj8al6e yeah, because you're paying your way out of triage. the private hospitals have fewer patients per doctor. i've used private medical services here and there and the service there was always excellent compared to public healthcare. and then politicians will go talk about how such a difference shouldn't exist in Norway. that public healthcare should be just as good as private. with that said, the private hospitals can also "cheat" by simply performing difficult or expensive treatments, so those are left to public healthcare.

But dont get me wrong. Tbh i think government hospital in Malaysia is really good. Its just that like you said, there are soooo many patients.
In part because our public healthcare is really affordable. Only 0.25usd for primary care, 1USD for specialist clinic visits (medicines are free)
