I don't believe #CivilWar will occur in America because I believe that liberals are very clearly a fringe minority of the population who basically represent centralized media influences across the entire spectrum of public discourse. 99% of America is red, conservative, and respectful. The fringe minority is the only thing being given attention by the modern "Democrat Liberal Left", because the majority is regular people who know their rights and aren't as dumb as a rock and as obedient as a lemming.
