ive had more refined sugar today than the entire year put together. my body is flipping out. 😬🫨

the unexpected thing is, all the workouts, intermittent fasting, and methylene blue input this year seems to have created enough positive momentum that i still dont feel a sugar coma.

What did you indulge in? I ate 6 slices of pizza last night if you it makes you feel better 😂. Hopefully my 5 mile run burned off a good chunk of it.

i had 3 old fashioned donuts from a local donut shop, and 2 pieces of croissant bread french toast. i dont have any regular sources of refined sugar in my diet, so this is alot!
