Noticing a lot of international accounts on #nostr. I think maybe because censorship on social media a greater issue in many countries. Lets hope it doesnt happen in USA, but not optimistic.

Censorship has been running rampant for decades in the USA. It has only ramped up to a point where normal people are starting to notice in the past 10 years.
Been censored here more times than I can remember. Just for trying to save lives.
So far only Nostr and a little over a handful of other decentralized social networks are censorship resistant, but not fool proof.
