Started my day with a raw milk cappuccino, local butter , local bread and Marmite 🔥

Last night’s meal had home grown tomatoes and courgette.

Just Nostr, only #Bitcoin

I’ve cut my drinking down a lot since the parasite pill but I’m still drinking a bit lol they are fighting me

I have given up thinking I can have a glass of wine. I have too many years of boozin’ to stop at 1.

Yeah I can have a glass of wine or two and stop there . Binge drinking is the real issue . Moderation is not a huge problem

I’m just not fussed anymore so I like fitness and not drinking works better. I like being 57 and fit as i was at 27
