I mean, do you.. but I just feel this is going too far. Maybe I am not educated enough? Am I missing something?

Something something this is how our ancestors ate. Something something cooking food depletes all nutrients, something something seed oils. 🙃
I'm sure its quite disgusting but there are people who swear by raw beef. Some nutrients remain more intact without heat, but heat makes some nutrients more bioavailable. The trade off for raw isn't worth it IMO, as the amino acids are some of the nutrients made more bioavailable when cooked (but not overcooked). Other than that, the only real difference is taste.
I’ve seen where ppl will eat raw meat such as liver.. that’s in tact. Which logically ok, I can wrap my head around At least.. but to eat ground beef exposed to so many things.. I just picture a stomach full of parasites 🤢
But again, I know nothing. I’m just a student of curiosity here.
Yea the ground part is what makes it sound awful to me as well. I've tried small chunks of raw steak and that wasn't too bad, but no thanks with ground. As for parasites, I'm not sure if that is really a concern with beef (as long as its not spoiled). Or at minimum its very rare. I've never heard it being a legit issue, only in anti-meat propaganda
he is attention seeking 🤣🤣🤣
Yeah... At least add some garlic.
It doesn't look very appetizing, no.
