😂 I think it’s got one really large pump left in it.
For context the peak was leading up to the Chicago marathon. It’s hard to keep that level of fitness 😂
Definitely. I need to step it up too. Was easier a few months ago before my son was born. Now all my free time needs to be justified, timed, and coordinated with my wife.
