First has vitamins and minerals along with too much sugar.
Second has nothing.
Probably the first, so long as you're very physically active.
But carnivore diet
You should eat neither then, and that processed sausage might even have sugar in it.
We're dealing with forced choice hypotheticals here. You must choose or you won't like the consequence.
There's always the choice of skipping a meal. Just like we added a specific diet to follow, I suppose we could add a guy with a gun who can shoot you if you don't eat. But that's probably taking it all too far.
