No, at least not yet. Miljan hinted a couple days ago that they may be adding NWC to the Primal wallet, which would allow you to use it in other apps if they do that.

But I closed all my channels early 2024 and don’t have the time to tinker with channel management now. And would like to only have to use the Primal wallet for Lightning payments for now.
