How is an Iron Clad contract, "wishful thinking"? CREEnergy already has the control of multiple oil fields just needing money to put them back online. That is where bitcoin comes in. Some oil drilling companies will accept BTC to drill for oil.

Okay, so CREEnergy "controls" these fields—via what, exactly? A Band resolution? That might fly in tribal courts, but Big Oil laughs at that in federal ones. BTC for drilling is cool, but without enforceable ownership, it's still pie-in-the-sky. Prove the control isn't vaporware.
