Could nostr use a “scoring” concept for user keys kind of like lightning routing nodes do to establish reputation/reliability as a way to handle moderation of spam/bots?

I think the best scoring is: how many times someone has been followed vs. flagged by users in your network. That's the approach I'm taking with Iris.
Iris doesn't even show events from unknown users, so that eliminates the most of spam and unwanted content. Sometimes people in your network follow users who end up being spammers or trolls, so flagging is required for those cases.
Totally, like a ratio. Would this information be attached to the key, or contingent on the relay?
I’ll have to check out Iris!
