You need to have the TestFlight application on your mac. Then you should just be able to find Damus app in there somewhere and install it. Assuming you have access to the Damus testflight beta.

There are plenty other app stores out there. Just install GrapheneOS or Calyx and enjoy your freedom.
Only on TestFlight. You can get TestFlight on a Mac to run iPhone apps if you have the new M1 or M2 chip.
