Time to transplant the peas! The low-profile clear plastic totes with clear lids are working great as mini greenhouses.

Thanks for the zap #[3]

Good looking peas.

Thanks. I have 3 containers of them started in soil blocks. Hoping to have about 150-160 to plant. #permies

That’s a lot of peas. What kind are they?

Sugar snap peas

Very nice. You are doing better than me. I planted 12 but only have 8. And have something munching on the leaves of some of them.

I’ve always had better luck with direct sow for peas. Assuming your zone forces you start in trays and transplant? Or purely a scale requirement?

I like to start them early so I can transplant into the ground late March. I start them first of March. Gives me a couple weeks jump.

I’m in 7b. Mine are climbing already. Sounds nice, but by May they’ll be crispy and I’ll be hoping the okra survive the heat.

Nice, mine are about ready too. Saved snow pea seed from last year in CD60 module trays.

Awesome. I harvest my own seeds as well. 🤝

very nice plants
