I’d recommend not using Muun in the future. Their UTXO management is non existent and they are a fake Lightning wallet.
yeah... no such thing as self custody on LN. channel partners alone makes that improbable.
if you're on muun... might be a way to hack... try using fixedfloat.com or lnswap.org...
you basically send LN (hopefully lower fees) and swap for on-chain using your cold wallet. 
Not true. Channel partners are needed to facilitate payments but you secure your funds yourself.
