The reality of crippling student debt doing its work. Im privileged to have a degree, but am glad to see this isn’t just accepted as the only path anymore.
Curriculums have been outdated for a while. Colleges need to adjust IMHO.
Universities are overvalued
Maybe in another 10 years the Nostr generation are benefiting from #value4value education ⚡️
I think everyone should be able to go to college if they want to, and it should be free. I enjoyed going to school so much. I want everyone to have that.
Plus AI💎 is revolutionizing tutoring and learning making formal education more accessible and valuable..AI💎👍😊
The cost of obtaining a degree increases every year while the value of having one decreases every year. No longer worth it.
Estudié 5 años de universidad y 2 años de Post grado, para darme cuenta que no era lo que quería, ahora soy migrante, trabajo en el almacén de un e commerce y estudio en la universidad de tutoriales de Youtube para entrar en el campo laboral de internet,
Bienvenidos a mi Generación.
Well of course, colleges only just started offering influencer degrees.

Vitor, can you share the article for this? I see an opinion piece from 2018 but wanted to look deeper for a future maybe college student.
It's was a Gallup poll https://news.gallup.com/poll/508352/americans-confidence-higher-education-down-sharply.aspx
No one realizes you still have to be a self-starter when you graduate with higher ed.
I once met very bright young man who said that there is no need to read books anymore and that you can find everything you need on YT
I would qualify important college degrees as degrees in Math/Stats/CS.
The rest is a luxurious adornment...
