Why the hell so people leave their dog outside crying? I couldn't do that toy dog. It's 38°F where I live, so it's a bit chilly. Dog is probably cold.
Maybe. Knowing the breed would take some of the assumption out.

Boxer & lab mix as far as anybody knows. That's what I put down at the vet office as well as registration with the town & State.
Oh, wrong status. I believe the dog left outside was a Pit/Staffy. Short haired breed.
