Add just enough cream to cover the bottom of the cold skillet. Put on medium heat, once the cream starts to bubble, add in the eggs and cook until eggs are desired level of doneness, or until the cream starts to caramelize. The less cream you have the quicker it'll caramelize and the runnier the yolk, more like an fried egg. You can also add salt, pepper or whatever seasoning you like but i usually am too hungry to bother.
