One thing I’ve noticed when offering #goldbacks is that they leave no one indifferent. People reactions range between suspicion and ecstasy but often strongly lean towards one or the other side of the spectrum.

- suspicion: people barely want to touch the #goldback or even look at the it. They think you’re trying to scam them. They see the note as nothing more than a piece of plastic whereas they much prefer receiving a piece of paper.

- ecstasy: people have no idea what it is or how much it is worth but they are in love with the apparence of the shinny note. It’s almost like they just won a Willy Wonka golden ticket. Receiving a goldback made their day.

In my experience, 20% lean towards being suspicious and the remaining 80% lean towards being ecstatic.
