So I had time to bake the cookies I call Goldfinches for the church event last night, but not enough time to take pictures of the process 😂 and they were popular enough that I didn’t come home with any.

They’re the lumpy little pecan and potato chip shortbreads visible at the center left of the first photo and the bottom right of the second one, which shows what I thought were the best cookies after what I tried in the first round.

The pink glittery sugar cookie was the kind that’s so soft, it’s creamy inside. Red and white sprinkles was some kind of soft cinnamon cookie. The dark one with powdered sugar was a really good chocolate cookie I had expected to be gingerbread.

Too bad no one put their names on stuff 😂 I’ll be asking around who made what…
