Any tips for a woofer with a strained foot?
Icing seems to help but he's quite uncomfortable

Put him on joint supplements and Salmon oil
Maybe some carprofen? I’m not a vet tho ….
I think icing and rest is about all you can do for it… try not to excite the pupstr and just sit with him… you can try wrapping it lightly with an ace bandage too, but rest is the best
