Replying to Running Man

Good morning NOSTR fam!

The pooch and I had a pretty fast (just shy of) #10krun this morning. Got the heart rate up for at least half of that distance.

Cool mornings make for good fast tempo days.

I've budgeted 5-6 hours today for the fiat factory. So not likely going to allocate any time to future me today. We'll see! Sort of depends how much I can get done and how long that takes.

But the plan is to make up for that lost time tomorrow and Wednesday. So no biggie.

Hope you all kick the new week off with fresh energy, outlook and some focused conviction. Which is precisely what I plan to do.

Make it a banging day friends.

My father ran marathons, he used to tell me this all of the time.

That's a new one to me, but sounds akin to "birds of a feather flock together". I'm inclined to agree very much with your father.
