The fediverse cannot be a solution to e.g. twitter shutting down as your fedi admin can ban you, ban whoever they please, or shut down.

Fedi has the same censorship and central choke point as does twitter.

On nostr, however, you can own your keys, own your social graph, and not be beholden to one benevolent dictator on one server.
