Advice I give that has helped a lot of younger people joining the workforce:

Speak well; be aware if you use a lot of fillers (uhm, like, you know, kind of….).

Fillers turn people off to what you’re trying to say & subconsciously they put you in the “undereducated category”. It takes a lot of work if you’ve made it your speaking style but focusing on this is as important as writing well.

Now, uhm, like, you know, go buy some BTC, like ok:)
