Con questo post ti invito ora a rallentare, e a fare un altro passo avanti.

Un invito che è anche potenzialmente una grande sfida: togliere quell’abito.

Quindi.. togli l'abito che indossi tutti i giorni.

Abito sparito. Ruolo sparito.

Non sei più Account Manager, Project Manager, UX UI Designer, Developer, Digital Strategist, Art Director, Tech Lead, CTO, CEO, Analista, Marketing Manager, ecc.

Rimani “solo” tu: un essere umano, nato senza etichette o ruoli, e che finirà il proprio percorso allo stesso modo.

Non pensare agli altri in questo momento. Resta "da sola/o", e prova a guardarti.

Potrebbe non essere facile, ma prova a stare in questo invito.

Cosa emerge adesso, quando il ruolo non c’è più?

Dove si posiziona questo sentire nel tuo corpo?

Non c’è nulla da risolvere qui. Solo qualcosa da ascoltare.

An invitation that is also, potentially, a big challenge: taking off that outfit.

So… take off the outfit you wear every day.

Outfit gone. Role gone.

You are no longer an Account Manager, Project Manager, UX UI Designer, Developer, Digital Strategist, Art Director, Tech Lead, CTO, CEO, Analyst, Marketing Manager, etc.

What remains is “just” you: a human being, born without labels or roles, and who will end their journey in the same way.

Do not think about others right now. Stay “on your own” and try to look at yourself.

It might not be easy, but try to stay with this invitation.

What emerges now, when the role is no longer there?

Where does this feeling settle in your body?

There is nothing to fix here. Only something to listen to.
