Ketoacidosis isn't a concern unless you have Type 1 Diabetes. It's physiologically impossible to enter ketoacidosis if you don't have T1D.

Diabetes is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to metabolic disease. We eat far too many carbohydrates and refined seed oils. We didn't evolve eating either. Humans are facultative carnivores. Our optimal diet is fatty meat, but we can eat carbohydrates to prevent starvation.
